Services and scope
Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work that defines deliverables, timelines, reporting and commercial terms. Where those documents conflict with this page, the signed document prevails.
Payments
Retainers are invoiced in advance unless agreed otherwise. Applicable taxes, including 18% GST on design services, are charged on top of quoted fees.
Intellectual property
Brand assets, creative and campaign material produced for a client transfer to the client on full payment. Digitly retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks and internal methodology.
Limitation of liability
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform policy and market conditions. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
